Ordering, prices and payment
This website prepares an order or quote request; it does not take card payments or automatically confirm a sale. Send your request through WhatsApp or email. We confirm the products, final total, artwork, timing, delivery arrangements and our trader details before payment and acceptance. Any extras must be agreed first.
Displayed consumer prices are in euro and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges appear separately. The final written quote confirms the total and any agreed extras before you accept; prices are not changed on an accepted order without your agreement. Custom jobs are quoted individually. No stand, frame, cassette or carry bag is included with products labelled print only.
Artwork approval and customer changes
Upload artwork you own or have permission to use. We agree a proof or final artwork specification before printing. Check wording, spelling, placement, colours, dimensions and garment sizes carefully. Screen colours may differ from physical print; material differences are discussed before approval.
If you request changes after approval, we will explain any effect on cost or timing before you agree. A customer-approved artwork error is assessed separately from a mistake made during production; this does not remove any rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or differ from the agreed specification.
If we make a mistake or the product is faulty
Contact quintonvr500@gmail.com or 083 378 7524 with your order details and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the item and its packaging and a description of when the damage or problem was noticed. Keep the packaging where possible. Photos help us assess the issue but are not a condition of your legal rights. We may arrange a return for inspection where appropriate, with safe return instructions. Do not send broken glass without agreed safe packaging arrangements. We assess the available evidence rather than automatically accepting or rejecting a claim because an item is broken. We will arrange the appropriate remedy without charging you for correcting a fault we are responsible for.
Faults caused by customer misuse, accidental damage after delivery or normal wear and tear are generally not our responsibility. Damage during delivery, a production fault or a product that differs from the agreed specification is assessed separately. We will explain the outcome and any proposed remedy; a photograph alone does not establish who caused the damage. We keep relevant order, approval, packing and delivery records to help assess claims. During the first year after delivery, a fault is presumed to have existed at delivery unless the seller demonstrates otherwise or that presumption is incompatible with the goods or fault; a customer is not automatically required to prove the original fault in that period.
Where goods are faulty or do not conform to the order, Irish consumer law applies. This can include a right to reject the goods and obtain a refund within 30 days of receiving them, and rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund afterward as applicable. Necessary return costs for faulty goods are our responsibility. We do not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund due under law. A refund for rejection of faulty goods is made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without extra fees. Other statutory remedies and their deadlines remain applicable.
Cancellations and change-of-mind returns
For goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the usual 14-day online change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. Simply printing a standard design after an order is placed does not by itself make it personalised. This exception does not affect rights for faulty or incorrect goods. For eligible standard non-personalised goods ordered at a distance, you may cancel within 14 days after receiving them.
For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, email quintonvr500@gmail.com or send a written WhatsApp message to 083 378 7524 stating that you wish to cancel, your name, order reference, products and date received. You may use the cancellation text below, but do not have to. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us, following the return address and instructions we provide.
You pay direct return postage only where this was disclosed before the contract; any non-postal return cost is explained beforehand. We refund the purchase price and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but may withhold repayment until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Extra charges for a delivery service beyond the least expensive standard option are not refundable under this rule. Goods may be handled as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; excessive handling may affect the amount refunded where permitted by law.

If you wish to cancel, contact us promptly. Before a custom order is accepted, you may withdraw your request. For an accepted custom order, contact us to discuss cancellation and any work already agreed and carried out; charges will not be imposed without a contractual and lawful basis.
Delivery, delays and contact
We agree a delivery or collection date before accepting your order. If a delay occurs, we will contact you to discuss it. Your legal rights where an agreed delivery is missed remain unaffected. Tell us before acceptance if a date is essential to your order.

Artwork privacy notice.
The person responsible for your information is Quinton Van Rooyen, trading as Wexford Print Works, 17 The Faythe, Wexford, Y35 KW93, Ireland. Contact quintonvr500@gmail.com or 083 378 7524.
We use the information and artwork you provide to prepare quotes, communicate about your project and fulfil confirmed orders. We do not publish your uploaded artwork as a sample without your permission. Order messages are sent through your chosen email or WhatsApp service.
Uploads are stored using our website hosting provider. Each file has an unlisted, hard-to-guess link; anyone who receives that link can download the file. Links expire after 90 days. Files are not added to a public gallery or search listing. You can remove an uploaded file using its Remove button; contact us for deletion requests after leaving the page. Do not upload identity documents, payment details or unrelated sensitive information.
We retain information only as needed for the enquiry, order and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact quintonvr500@gmail.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. Necessary legal records may need to be retained. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. Your cart is stored on your device; artwork and personal form details are not stored in that cart.
Why we use your information
We process contact details, order information and artwork as necessary to respond to the quote you request and perform an agreed order. Records required by law are kept on the basis of legal obligation. Security and fraud-prevention records are processed for the legitimate interests of protecting the site and resolving genuine disputes. We do not use uploaded artwork for advertising without separate permission.
Services involved
The site runs on the OpenAI Sites hosting platform using Cloudflare storage. These providers support hosting and artwork storage. Your chosen email or WhatsApp provider processes the message you send. Any payment provider used for an accepted order is identified before payment. Service providers may process information internationally under their applicable data-protection arrangements; contact us for information relevant to your order.
Your choices and rights
Contact quintonvr500@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw any separately given consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Information needed for an order must be provided so we can fulfil it; artwork upload is optional. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. The cart uses essential device storage to remember your selection; no advertising trackers are added by this site's code.
